Terms and Conditions

Check-in & Check-out

On arrival, rooms are available starting from 3 p.m. and must be left free within 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Local tax

We are committed to collect a local tax of 3,40 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.
This tax is not included in the price of your stay.

Charging station for electric vehicles

Three chargable charging stations for electric vehicles are available to our guests in the garage.

Reduction & supplement

  • Supplement for single room: 50%
  • Reduction for children with added bed:
    • under to 2 years of age € 15,00 per day
    • from 2 to 5 years of age inclusive 50% reduction
    • from 6 to 11 years of age inclusive 30% reduction
    • from 12 to 18 years of age inclusive 20% reduction
  • Pets: € 15,00 per day (No entry in dining room)
  • Bathrobes: provided at a cost of € 8.00 for the entire stay

Cancellation conditions

  • For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. (The deposit will be refunded as a Voucher)
  • For cancellations within 30 to 8 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

What is insured?

The following are insured events (non-exhaustive list):

  • unexpected serious illness serious physical injury caused by an accident
  • death
  • pregnancy and pregnancy complications
  • significant property damage to one of your residences as a result of natural events, fire, burst water pipes or a criminal act
  • If you cannot commence your trip, we will reimburse the cancellation costs you owe under the travel contract up to the insured trip price.
  • If a trip has been cancelled, we pay the unused travel services up to the amount of the insured journey costs.
  • Search and rescue In the event of an accident, distress at sea or in mountains, we refund the search and rescue costs up to € 7,500#

Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
